When exercising on your own it can be easy to skip a session, snooze your alarm clock or cheat a set. A personal trainer will keep you accountable and push your workouts to the next level while providing motivation throughout each session and the duration of your program.

Don’t feel comfortable training in a large commercial gym in front of others?

Fear not! Claire has a fully equipped, private training space based in North Leeds where it will be just you and Claire working towards your fitness goals.

Whether you are just starting out or working towards a specific fitness goal, Claire will tailor your bespoke fitness plan to suit your ability and fitness.

Safe and suitable programming is one of the top benefits of personal training and is particularly important if you have any contraindications to exercise, injuries, pre/postnatal or menopausal.

Claire has completed 200 hours of yoga teacher training in Brazil 🇧🇷.

Allowing her to incorporate yoga techniques into your fitness program, if required.

  • I work with people of all fitness levels and abilities. I will create a bespoke program to suit your specific needs and goals.

    If you are just starting out or recovering from an injury the program will be designed to suit your personal circumstances.

  • Everyone’s lifestyles are different so their program and goals will differ from person to person.

    I would recommend training with me at least once a week and then supporting this visit with additional training outside of this. We will discuss this on your FREE initial consultation.
